St. Brigid’s Kiminini Girls School Celebrates Outstanding KCSE Performance

St. Brigid’s Kiminini Girls School delivered an outstanding performance in the 2025 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) exams, solidifying its reputation as a hub of academic excellence in Trans Nzoia.

A total of 342 candidates sat for the national examination, with the school attaining a mean score of 9.61, equivalent to a mean grade of B+.

The results distribution reflects strong performance across the top grades, with 15 candidates scoring A plain, 75 attaining A-, 110 recording B+, and 78 scoring B.

In addition, 45 candidates earned B-, while 12 scored C+, 2 obtained C, and 5 recorded C-.

Top among the high achievers was Grace Njoki Njoroge, who posted an outstanding A plain with 84 points. She thanked the school for according her the right environment to pursue her dream.

The Director of Studies, Mr. Marango Wekesa Levy, lauded the candidates for their discipline and commitment, noting that consistent academic monitoring and teamwork played a key role in the excellent outcome.

“We thank God for this achievement, which is the result of the dedicated efforts of our teachers, staff, candidates, and parents, along with the spiritual guidance of the Catholic Diocese of Kitale, our sponsors,” said Mr. Marango.

He gave a special appreciation to the Chief Principal, Inviolata Lukorito, for her strong and visionary leadership, which has consistently guided the school toward continued academic success.
